We would like to state our General rules, which are as follows. This is for your kind information.

Validity of Tickets
- The Validity of Ticket will be one year from the date of issuance.
- Subject to difference of Validity of Ticket on the basis of fare.

Cancellation Policy
For Domestic sectors

• 10%charge-If passenger Cancelled the ticket at least 24hrs before the departure time & submitted for refund.
• 33%charge-If passenger Cancelled the ticket at least 2hrs before the departure time & submitted for refund.
• For International sectors
  • Ticket refund charge will be applicable by NPR1000.00 or equivalent currency for each segment.
  • “No-Show” Ticket will be charged by NPR1000.00 or equivalent currency for revalidation.
  • “No-Show “Ticket refund will be charged by NPR2000.00 (No-Show NPR1000.00 & Refund NPR1000.00) or equivalent currency.

“No-Show”means if the ticket is not reported for check-in or doesn’t cancel 02Hrs before the departure time.

• Domestic “No-Show” ticket will neither be revalidated nor refunded. But Taxes will be refunded.
• NPR100 will be charged as an administration fee for the open dated ticket.

“Point to Point” Carrier
Cosmic Air is strictly a “Point to Point” carrier and does not take any obligation or responsibility for transfer of Passenger or their Baggage to other flights operated by other Carriers and does not assume any responsibility to ensure the Connection for onward flight on any or losses expenses arising out of any failure to board a Planned Connection fight.

Rescheduling
One time prepone/postpone of the flight date will be free of charge if requested 24 hrs before the flight. Subject to seat availability.

Tax, Surcharge & Fees.
Taxes, Surcharges & fees shall be applicable on published fare of Domestic & International Sector.

Free Baggage Allowances
20Kgs free baggage allowance will be applicable for Adults & Child fare passengers only.

Stretcher
Stretcher facility is not available in any of its flight.

Discount

• Infant-90% of Normal Adult fare & for under age of 2 years old (on the date of travel).
• Child-33% of normal adult Fare for aged 2years & below 12years old (on the date of travel).- On domestic Route & 25 % on International Route

Name of the passenger cannot be changed, once ticket has been issued.
